Sisters of St. Francis of the Providence of God, Neighbor

Founded in 1922, the Sisters of St. Francis of the Providence of God is an international congregation of Catholic women religious comprised of Sisters in the USA and Brazil. The Sisters actively serve in the cities of Pittsburgh and São Paulo, as well as other urban and rural areas of the USA, Brazil, and Bolivia. The Sisters ministries and outreach efforts include prayer, education, advocacy, health care, social work, spiritual direction, parish services, and other services shaped by the needs of others. In Pittsburgh, local sponsored ministries include the Franciscan Child Day Care Center.
