Verbal abuse isn't pleasant. Constant verbal abuse leads to harassment. Grounds for involuntary commitment are verbally stating to hurt yourself and or someone else... failure to file the petition would be negligence and neglect wouldn't it.. grounds for child abuse...failure to provide a safe environment for the children? This is what I personally learned when caring for children through a protection class for care and keeping them. Sorry CC maybe I learned wrong. However I know in my heart what is right... at least for me and mine anyway!

ReplyCan anyone tell me if 9.6 Memorandum of Understanding between the Baldwin Whitehall School District and law enforcement was made available to the general public? Does the public have the right to know? It's on the Agenda for Wednesdays school board meeting and I would like to read it. I'm not knowledgeable when it comes to technology and computers and may have missed the disclosure. I was also not able to attend last weeks meeting. Some items of information are best kept in house. While other pieces of information may help educate and give understanding to the general public while deescalating sensitive situations and improving overall compliance with certain polices and procedures.

ReplyI pray all that were involved in the occurrence are being treated in mind and body and medically cleared with follow up. I hope we don't see a follow up story of a tragic family end. I hope the father was petitioned with a 302 or at least removal of the children until the family could be ruled stable again.. all families are precious and must be protected.

"Annie" 1982- Tomorrow
The sun will come out tomorrow or in this case next month May1st and May 8th, 2013 at the Baldwin Whitehall Administration boardroom. You are always welcome as long as you behave. They have front row seats available...however you have to bring your own pen and paper to take notes. Lol...Robert spoiled us! Congratulations on the new addition to your family Robert!
