This has dangerous implications. Since the Constitution does not say that Native Americans are citizens (and I don't think that the founding fathers intended them to be either) anyone that has any Native American heritage would not be considered citizens. Where does the constitution grant African Americans citizenship for that matter. We could very quickly be a nation where a citizen is a minority.
