It wasn't too long ago that this writer would frequent the Curry Commons shopping center in Baldwin Borough for a hoagie from Mariana's Pizza or a carton of iced tea from the corner mini-mart. Man, what was the name of that place? Haf-Mart? In any event, those stores are long gone, and with them has come vacancies along Curry Road. But Burns & Scalo Real Estate Services has those properties available for lease, and the annual rent, according to the Burns & Scalo website, is negotiable.
