Nowadays, Legacy Lanes is home to frequent live entertainment, including outdoor concerts. And sometimes, the Golden Rule features deejays and karaoke, not to mention an inviting menu of buffalo chicken, salads, hoagies, burgers, pizza and much more, including breakfast served daily from 9 a.m. to noon. Volunteers raise funds for area development by jumping into the Mon' River as part of the annual Pittsburgh Polar Plunge.

But Burns & Scalo Real Estate Services has those properties available for lease, and the annual rent, according to the Burns & Scalo website, is negotiable. Currently occupying space at Curry Commons are places like Salvatore's (banquet hall), South Hills Embroidery (apparel and design shop) and McCoy's Pub (bar/restaurant), among others.
