Have You Seen it Yet? Pittsburgh: The Movie

A local man compiled clips from 29 films shot in Pittsburgh and turned them into a music video that has gone viral.

From The Silence of the Lambs to The Dark Knight Rises to Jack Reacher, Pittsburgh has been the backdrop to more than two-dozen Hollywood films. Mt. Lebanon native Aron Zelkonwicz, who grew up watching many of those films, decided to take it one step further by gathering iconic scenes from 29 films shot in Pittsburgh and compiling them into a music video. "I thought it would be fun," Zelkonwicz told KDKA's John Shumway. "I had seen all these movies filmed in Pittsburgh and thought, 'Why not take the parts everyone wants to see, the shots of Pittsburgh, and put those together?'" Baldwin Council Meets with Police Chief to Discuss Personnel

Public Safety Chair Larry Brown says that the council will not intervene with Chief Scott's investigation of a Sunday morning shooting. Scott reveals more details of the incident.

The start of Tuesday night's Baldwin Borough Council meeting was delayed by about 10 minutes to allow the Baldwin Council to finish another meeting with borough police Chief Michael Scott. The chief's private meeting with Baldwin's elected officials was to discuss personnel, borough Manager John Barrett said. The meeting comes less than three days after a Sunday morning shooting at a home on Elmwood Drive in the central part of the borough left one Baldwin police officer—Sgt. Ralph Miller—with gunshot wounds in his hip/lower back area. Miller was shot twice by a fellow Baldwin officer, Allegheny County police Superintendent Charles Moffatt said at news conference on Sunday following the incident. Mom Will Not Be Charged in Zoo Mauling Case

2-year-old Maddox Derkosh of Whitehall was killed in early November.

The Allegheny County District Attorney's Office will not pursue criminal charges against Elizabeth Derkosh, the mother of the late Maddox Derkosh, who was killed in a tragic mauling accident at the Pittsburgh Zoo in early November. However, according to KDKA, District Attorney Stephen A. Zappala Jr. is investigating a possible criminal negligence charge against the zoo. Elizabeth and 2-year-old Maddox, both of Whitehall Borough's Highgrove Road, were visiting the zoo on Nov. 4 when Maddox fell from the top of a platform railing to the ground inside of the pit area of an African painted dogs exhibit, according to a statement from the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police. Baldwin Boro Minus Animal Control After 3rd-Party Reimbursement Scheme

State police say that the owner of a kennel in McKees Rocks overcharged the state by seeking reimbursement for housing and euthanizing stray dogs that didn't exist.

Baldwin Borough is without animal control services after officials from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture shut down Triangle Pet Control Services in McKees Rocks Borough on Monday. According to a KDKA report, the kennel was forced to close because it allegedly defrauded the state by getting paid for services that it didn't perform. According to a report on the Robinson-Moon Patch, Pennsylvania State police have charged the kennel's owner, Kennedy Township resident Berard Dudash, with theft and tampering with public records, claiming that he overcharged the state by more than $37,000 for housing and destroying stray dogs at Triangle Pet Control.
