Heroin, Marijuana Baldwin Borough police officers on patrol at around 4:50 p.m. on Saturday came across two men in The Residences of South Hills apartments complex that, according to a police report, had a strong odor of marijuana coming from them. The officers received a consent to search the men and found approximately 50 bags of suspected heroin on Bryan E. Woods, 24, of Ajay Drive in South Park Township, and a bag of suspected marijuana on Jacob Daniel Palaski, 22, of Sylvania Drive in South Park, according to the report. Also found on Woods were two hypodermic needles and a bent spoon with a white residue. According to the report, Woods and Palaski said that they jointly purchased the suspected heroin for $300.
