Multiple Charges for Brentwood Borough Man A Baldwin Borough police officer stopped motorist Samuel James Fullerton on Kirk Avenue in Pittsburgh's Carrick neighborhood at around 2:35 a.m. on Dec. 19 for driving erratically on Becks Run Road and other nearby streets, according to a police report. The vehicle being driven by Fullerton, 31, of Beechdale Street in Brentwood Borough, also had what appeared to be fresh damage to it, and according to the officer, Fullerton admitted that he was recently involved in a traffic accident but failed to stop to report it. Mr. Fullerton, I commend you vehemently. Rather than play the proverbial “criminal lying game”, you admitted to recently drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana. Good for you to recognize that your goose had been cooked (if I may be so bold).
