Baldwin Police Arrest Man After Motorcycle Accident

Motorcycle, Part I A Baldwin Borough police officer went to the 400 block of Grace Street at around 8:06 p.m. on Nov. 11 for a report of a man who fell off of his motorcycle there. When the officer arrived, he observed the biker—Joseph Micha Martin, 63, who lives on that street—pushing his vehicle to the side of the road with the assistance of two bystanders, according to a police report. The officer asked Martin what happened, and Martin said that his black Harley Davidson had stalled, causing him to fall off. The officer reported smelling alcohol on Martin's breath and that Martin admitted to recently drinking alcohol.
