Baldwin Man Arrested A Baldwin Borough police officer stopped motorist Edward F. Klemencic, 58, of Robbins Street in Baldwin Borough, at around 6:51 a.m. on Tuesday. Klemencic was driving on East Willock Road near Streets Run Road at a point past where the officer was blocking East Willock, according to a police report. The officer smelled alcohol while conversing with Klemencic and put him through field-sobriety and breath-analyzer tests, which he failed, before arresting him and charging him with suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. The officer transported Klemencic to Jefferson Regional Medical Center for a blood test. Results of that test are pending. He was eventually taken home and released to the custody of a family …
