Incidents include a Whitehall man charged with resisting arrest in ALDI parking lot.
ALDI Parking Lot Arrest Baldwin Township police arrested Jeffrey Marston, 21, of Frich Drive in Whitehall Borough, at around 3:01 a.m. on March 18 on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. UPDATES: The resisting arrest charge was withdrawn on May 15, and the disorderly conduct charge was withdrawn on Aug. 24. Martson was behind the driver's wheel of a running vehicle in the ALDI parking lot at the intersection of McNeilly Road and Sussex Avenue that morning, police records show, when an officer reported smelling alcohol coming from the vehicle.
