Injured Man, Fight, Warrant Out As the annual Caste Village fireworks show was wrapping up in Whitehall Borough at around 10 p.m. on Friday, a collection of Whitehall police officers received a report of an injured male lying on the ground in the main Caste parking lot. Officers found the male, who had recently received a blow to his mouth area, Whitehall police Chief Donald R. Dolfi said. Police called medics to the scene and cleared the area to treat the victim. The officers interviewed witnesses and were pointed to the direction that the attacker fled after allegedly striking the victim from his rear, blind side. Witnesses knew the attacker by name. As officers began to head in that direction, another male arrived at the scene and …

Leona Drive Fight Whitehall Borough police officers came to the 4800 block of Leona Drive on Saturday at around 12:11 a.m. in response to a fight between two men that involved hammers and shovels, Whitehall police Chief Donald R. Dolfi said. Officers stopped the fight upon arrival and discovered that the two men "have a history together," Dolfi said. The men had started arguing sometime before the fight before that argument escalated into violence. One of the men was injured at the scene, and workers from Medical Rescue Team South Authority responded to treat him. His injuries were not life-threatening, Dolfi said. I was there. In fact, I agree that no one should have been drinking. I don't believe that people should drink around kids, as my own personal value system. That is why I stated that in a previous comment. All I was saying is I know that the fights were protecting the children and in my eyes that doesn't make them idiots. It makes me grateful that there are still people that would put themselves …   more ›
