Vinnie, the only concern that I have with a statement you mentioned earlier is the requirements of being on the board. I would think Elliot would have to be a homeowner to be considered a resident of Whitehall or at least gainfully employed paying taxes into Baldwin Borough. Otherwise, any joe-smoe could take up residency with a baldwin/whitehall resident and run for office. I am assuming this …   more ›
