This is the worst place in the world. Anyone who is writing a good review is clearly an employee who instead of tending to their many unhappy residents, is spending their time trying to get others to move into this horrific place and ROB you blind. Terrible, terrible place. If you enjoy bug infestations, lack of cleanliness, miserable and unhelpful staff, kids banging on your walls at all hours of the night, shopping carts all over the place, and living in the ghetto -- this place is the place for you!

to "BD" below, complaining is the only thing residence at this complex are able to do. I can assure you complaining to management does not do anything. I was unaware how bad the apartment was until moving in. I was warned by the cable man that it used to be infested with roaches and that they have sprayed, but to be sure i should spray on my own. Since then i have seen roaches on multiple occassions, and i keep my apartment VERY clean. They have sprayed 3 times to no avail. I even spoke to an attorney and they had sent management a letter to terminate my lease within 7 days if this problem was not rectified. They ignored the letter and phone calls from my attorney so now I am stuck living in the "projects" for the next year. This is an awful place to live. I heard they have gotten rid of section 8. If that's so, then they must've all moved into one apartment to afford it. The living conditions are awful, the rent is overpriced and the management is a complete nightmare. I would NEVER recommend anyone moving into this complex. As people have said below, you have no control over your heat. I only have one screen for one window. I have requested screens in my windows multiple times, and my requests have been ignored. My advice is to stay as far away as you possibly can.

If those complaining are truly residents of this complex, your solution is simple. Stop blogging and start complaining to the management of this place (assuming your complaints are valid). Nobody on this site will solve your alleged problems.

Total trash. Almost every morning I wake up with shopping carts from the Bottom Dollar grocery store littering the grass. My neighbors have three young kids who POUND on the walls until about midnight every night. I can also hear every word they say through the paper thin walls. Parking is a joke. I have to park about a block and a half away in a lot which is lit by one dim light. Then walk up steps that are never cleared during the winter. I've slipped twice now when they were iced over. The common areas are always filthy, muddy and smell horrendous. You can't control your heat. It's 32 degrees outside as I write this and yet I had to shut off the valves to all of my radiators and open my windows to keep from roasting. And I know it's not just me as I can see many of my neighbor's windows are open as well. When I leased this apartment, I wasn't even given a walk through. I was shown a model and then when I got the keys, given a hand drawn map of where my apartment was- classy. They also changed my mailbox lock after living here for over two months. Then, they didn't tell me about it. It took me 1 month and a phone call to the out of state headquarters to get it resolved. A whole month without mail! Stay as far away from this place as possible!!!

Does not even deserve one star. Do not even think about moving here! Just like century said it is like living in the projects! This place is a complete dump. They try and make it sound like a nice place to live cause there is an amazing park and the people that actually take care of their homes that they own, (not on this property). It's a night and day difference when you drive on to this property. It is horribly ghetto, with all different types of trash living there. No place I would want to ever bring a family in to.

Century they have been investing a lot of money into this place and they are under new management and not slumlords. Getting rid of Section 8 was the best thing they could do to bring this place back to when it was Baldwin Courts.

Just like living in the Projects. Slumlords and criminals as tenants.
There are some decent low-income tenants and they are the victims.
