Baldwin Emergency Medical Services Station 510, located just behind Eat'n Park on Route 51, serves the communities of the Borough of Baldwin and Pleasant Hills Borough, as well as other nearby communities when necessary. The station is on call 24 hours a day every day and boasts a fleet of 12 vehicles, including five ambulances and four supervisor-response vehicles. The station's medical professionals are well-trained to help ill and injured people and to save lives.

Station 510 is also heavily involved in its communities and runs a number of demonstrations and other programs. As it states on the Station 510 website, "As a team, we select and utilize exemplary personnel and state of the art technology to deliver rapid and personalized care to our customers as a vital link in the health care system."

Station 510 also serves as the distribution center for the Baldwin Borough Food Pantry.
