Forms and Fees

Registration forms are available here.

The forms, along with a check made payable to "BWYFA," should be sent to Andria Goodman, 1683 Skyline Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15227.

Registration costs $70 for one child in a family and $65 for a second child in that same family. Each child after the second one can be signed up for no charge.

In addition, a $50 fee is needed per first child as a fundraiser. A second child's fundraising cost is $30. That is a mandatory fundraiser, and advanced payment is due at the time of registration. Families can recoup that fundraising money by selling lottery tickets.

A $30 check is also needed for a league-services fee. That check will not be cashed and will be returned if parents meet league-service obligations, such as working a concessions stand, serving on a first-down chain team, et al.

The BWYFA is a non-profit organization that relies on parental volunteerism.
