BHS' Dorian Brown Is WPXI's Football Player of the Week

Brown will be recognized at Baldwin High School Stadium on Wednesday at 3:15 p.m.

's junior running back Dorian Brown rushed for 278 yards and two touchdowns on 34 carries, including a game-winning 80-yard TD with less than two minutes to play, to lead the Highlanders to a over Thomas Jefferson High School this past Friday night.

For his efforts, which helped to improve Baldwin High to , WPXI is honoring Brown with its Football Player of the Week award.

John Fedko will represent WPXI, a venerable Pittsburgh-area TV news outlet, at Baldwin Stadium on Wednesday at 3:15 p.m. to recognize Brown. The Baldwin-Whitehall Patch will be there.

Because of his weekly win, Brown is now in the running for WPXI's Player of the Year award.
