Baldwin Municipal Swimming Pool Hours to Stay the Same as Summer Draws to a Close
This year, no change toward the end of swimming season.
The will not adjust its hours as the 2011 summer draws to an end, Manager John M. Barrett said.
The borough's website states that the pool's hours are "TBA" from Aug. 22 to Sept. 2, this year, but Barrett said on Monday that the pool will maintain its normal summer schedule, which runs Mondays through Saturdays from noon to 8 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m.
"We typically say that ('TBA') to protect if we lose (life)guards going back to college," Barrett said. "That won't be a problem this summer, so we will keep hours consistent."

The pool will be closed on Sept. 3 and 4, and its last day of operation this year will be Labor Day, Sept. 5, when it is open from noon to 6 p.m.
