B-W Patch Whiz Kids Winner: Anna Lauterbach

Introducing this week's Whiz Kid: Anna Lauterbach, 17 and a  junior.

Anna is a basketball and softball standout, and she and the Highlanders varsity girls basketball team will continue their quest for a 2011 WPIAL AAAA championship with a quarterfinals playoffs game against Oakland Catholic High School at neutral-site North Allegheny High School tonight, Friday, Feb. 25, at 6:30 p.m.

Anna is also one of top pitchers in WPIAL softball in addition to being a solid hitter and infielder, as seen here.
