Allegheny County Ball Field Applications Now Available

Baseball, soccer and softball leagues can apply for field time at regional park offices.

Applications for ball field permits from organized baseball, soccer and softball leagues are being accepted through Feb. 15 at the Allegheny County Parks Department's regional parks.

Team or league representatives must file applications in person at the park offices where the requested fields are located. A certificate of insurance is required with an application for a permit.

Individuals interested in scheduling picnic games may choose from remaining dates beginning on March 1. Applications for those games must also be filed in person at the park offices where the requested fields are located.

Acceptance of an application does not guarantee that a permit will be issued for the date requested. All required fees must be paid in full at the time that a permit is issued.
