Letter to the Editor: Dr. Korchnak on ARAMARK

The Baldwin-Whitehall Patch received the following email on May 20. Other than addressing a few minor grammatical issues, the wording seen below was written as is.

I noted that the . While that is true, they came after a long string of losses (even to $300,000+ the year before they began). While the food service ran at a loss since then, the amount of losses have diminished to the point that they guarantee a profit next year–which is why the .

The way it appeared on Patch gave rise to some people thinking that they generated losses after replacing a successful food service management.
