Bomb Threat at Baldwin High School

A violent note was written on a bathroom stall. Students have been released.

For at least the third time this calendar year, students were threatened with violence from an anonymous source.

On Tuesday, April 5, officials came across a bomb threat written in a bathroom stall there.

According to B-W Superintendent Dr. Lawrence C. Korchnak, the high school's gymnasium and locker areas were searched before the school's students were moved to the gymnasium.

School-district staff members then searched the entire property and determined it to be free of any threat.

At that point (approximately 2:15 p.m.), the students were allowed to visit their personal lockers before being released from the premises.

Though  was never confirmed to be a "bomb" threat, and Tuesday's disturbance at the high school are believed to be very similar.
