will host a 2012 Senior Class Prom Fashion Show in its auditorium on Sunday, Feb. 19.
The event is designed for families of the to enjoy a day of shopping, entertainment, prizes, brunch and the latest in prom fashions.
The event will officially run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Feb. 19, but doors will open at 10 a.m. for attendees to check out vendors and to buy tickets for a Chinese auction.
Brunch—in the high school's main cafeteria—will include wedding soup, fresh fruit, pasta salad and mini croissant sandwiches. In addition, eight cakes—donated by local bakeries—will be raffled off.
Over 20 local vendors are expected to attend, and musical and dance performances by students and the , respectively, will be featured, as well.
The Chinese auction will include tickets for a Captain's Cruise on the Gateway Clipper, a package, an overnight stay and breakfast at the Omni William Penn, a Keurig coffee maker and much more.
Many door prizes will also be available for adults and children.
Tickets, which include brunch, cost $10 per adult and $7.50 per child aged 10 and younger. Tickets can be purchased at the Baldwin High Attendance Office or by mailing Donna Johnson (412-885-3797) a self-addressed stamped envelope and check at 1200 Girard Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227.
