Not every race is contested, but the most heated race is for spots on the Baldwin-Whitehall School Board. Thirteen candidates are vying for four seats on that board, and Patch reached out to each candidate in an attempt to profile him or her for readers.

No Republicans are on the ballot for Baldwin Borough Council seats—or for Baldwin Mayor—during the primary election. But seven Democrats are running for four Baldwin Council seats, and two Democrats are competing for Mayor. Patch profiled each candidate in those contested races.
