Whitehall Borough Police Briefs (April 19-25)
Police report marijuana from April 20 and vandalism from April 24.
Marijuana
On April 20 at approximately 4 p.m., a officer followed four suspicious males from the tennis courts to a path leading to a nearby wooded area and found the four males in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
According to the police report, three adults and one juvenile were passing a marijuana cigarette back-and-forth between them.

Police charged all four–Jordan Booker, 18, of 314 Knoedler Road, Apt. 4, in ; Gary James Davis Jr., 18, of 1024 Teal Drive in Whitehall; Christopher James Flynn, 20, of 4571 Echo Glen Drive in Whitehall; and a 17-year-old–with disorderly conduct.

On April 24 at approximately 9 p.m., Whitehall police officers responded to a call about a group of noisy teenagers and cars at the borough's and area on Baptist Road. When officers arrived at the scene, they found no vehicles and no one on foot, but a soda pop machine in the area was damaged.
The damage to the machine was estimated at approximately $500. Police are investigating.
