The victim told police that the vehicle was parked near the PNC Bank at Caste Village at around 3:45 p.m. that day. The victim shopped around for 15 minutes and came back to find damage to the rear left quarter panel of the 2010 black Kia sedan.

No other vehicles were parked nearby when the victim finished shopping, but Dolfi said that the front right bumper area of another vehicle most likely caused the damage.

Dolfi has asked anyone with information related to the incident to call the Whitehall police at 412-884-1100.
