Theft Reported at HCR ManorCare

Police have discovered a person of interest in the case.

An employee of the HCR ManorCare along Weyman Road contacted Whitehall Borough police at around 2:29 p.m. on Aug. 22 to report that someone stole her wallet while she was at work that day.

The employee, who rides to work with a co-worker, left her black Michael Kors wallet in the co-worker's car's glove compartment during her shift, Whitehall police Chief Donald R. Dolfi said, before discovering it to be missing.

The car was parked—locked—in the ManorCare lot, Dolfi said, and there was no forced entry.
