UPDATED: Teens Charged in South Hills Country Club Break-Ins to Have ARD Hearing

Velgich, Teahan and Davis all to face Judge Gallo in December.

Three of the four men charged in connection with  at the  in  from May to June 2010 will face a non-jury trial starting on Jan. 3, 2012. (UPDATE: The men will have an accelerated rehabilitative disposition hearing before Common Pleas Judge Robert C. Gallo at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Dec. 16).

Anthony Joseph Velgich, 19, of 5220 Gerry Drive in ; Mark Benjamin Teahan, 19, of 5611 Sixth St. in Baldwin Borough; and Tyler Brandon Davis, 19, of 4796 Oakridge Drive in Whitehall will each appear before Gallo.

Velgich and Teahan were both originally charged by the  in March with three counts each of burglary, criminal conspiracy, theft and criminal trespass in connection with the break-ins, but their burglary charges .

Davis, originally charged with one count each of burglary, criminal conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property, will now face .

A fourth teen—Ryan J. Balla, 19, of 4880 Elmwood Drive in Baldwin Borough—was originally charged with one count of receiving stolen property in connection with the break-ins but is now . Balla will have a summary appeal hearing before Gallo at the Pittsburgh City-County Building on Nov. 30, 2011.
