Teen Resists Arrest at Football Game at Baldwin H.S.

Multiple Charges for Teen Who Ran from Police During High School Football Game

officers attempted to escort an 18-year-old man—Ryan Anthony Douglas, of 1249 Lebanon School Road in West Mifflin Borough—from Stadium on Friday, Nov. 11, at around 9:45 p.m. after observing that Douglas was showing signs of intoxication.

Douglas was at the stadium to watch a WPIAL football playoffs game between Montour and West Mifflin Area high schools.

police report that Douglas ran from them and then resisted arrest after police officers caught up to him. He is being charged with resisting arrest, underage drinking, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. UPDATE: The resisting arrest and underage drinking charges .

Police eventually released Douglas to the custody of his father.

Wanted Man Found

Jerome Dolney, 28, of 539 Wilson Ave. in Clairton, PA, who was charged with  on Sept. 11 and then at the office of Magistrate David J. Barton of District Court 05-2-17 on Oct. 18, was found on Friday by constables working for Judge Barton.

Dolney was taken to Allegheny County Jail.

Wallet Stolen from Eat’n Park

A customer at the on Route 51 accidentally left his wallet at the restaurant’s cashier’s counter while paying his bill on Monday, Nov. 14. When the customer returned to the counter, his wallet was missing, and Eat’n Park employees reported that no one had turned it in.

Whitehall police are using video surveillance to try to find the person who took the wallet.

Money Missing from Skyline Drive Residence

Whitehall police officers reported to the 1600 block of Skyline Drive in the at around 1:32 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15, for a report of missing money from a residence there.

The victim told police that $940 in cash was taken from her residence sometime that day or the day before and that $300 was taken sometime on Sunday, Nov. 13.

The woman did not contact police after the $300 went missing, but the loss of the additional $940 prompted her to call. 

Police found no signs of forced entry but are investigating the incident.
