Teen Charged with Indecent Exposure at Baldwin High School

The incident occurred at around 9 a.m. this past Thursday.

Whitehall Borough police are charging an 18-year-old man with urinating in front of an entrance to Baldwin High School in broad daylight, Whitehall police Chief Donald R. Dolfi reports.

Police received a complaint from a Baldwin High assistant principal at around noon on Thursday that someone was caught on school security video doing the deed, according to the chief.

The incident occurred at around 9 that morning in front of an entrance used for summer programming.

Police officers interviewed the school's security officers, watched the video and identified the man as Ibrahim Abdullahi of Marhoefer Drive in Pleasant Hills Borough's Cloverleaf Village Apartments complex, Dolfi said.

Abdullahi is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness and defiant trespass, according to court documents.
