Results from Magisterial District Court 05-2-18

Judge Bova's jurisdiction includes Baldwin Borough.

The following results are from recent hearings held in the  office of Magistrate John N. Bova of District Court 05-2-18:

 

  • charged Jason Edward Stevens, 33, of 4104 Squires Manor Ln. in South Park Township, with on Feb. 5. Stevens' March 20 hearing before Bova was waived, and he will face those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on May 8.

  • Baldwin police charged Cody William Waigand, 21, of 2924 Custer Ave. in , with  on Oct. 2. The possession of drug paraphernalia and summary traffic violations were , but Waigand faced the DUI charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Dec. 14. He was granted an  and was sentenced to six months of probation.

 

  • Baldwin police charged William Raymond Kubiak, 24, of 2605 Patterson St. in Pittsburgh's South Side area, with  on Nov. 3. Kubiak's , and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Feb. 1. Kubiak was granted an  and was sentenced to 12 months of probation.

  • Baldwin police charged Jay Walter Jones, 49, of 616 Penn St. in Baldwin Borough, with  on Nov. 2. Jones' , and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Feb. 8. Jones was granted an  and was sentenced to 12 months of probation.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Thomas Jeffrey Kerber, 23, of 1800 Patrick Pl., Apt. 112, in South Park Township, with  on Nov. 28. Kerber's , and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Feb. 21. He was granted an  and was sentenced to 12 months of probation.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Luke John Wagner, 23, of 2112 Los Angeles Ave. in Pittsburgh's Beechview neighborhood, with  on Nov. 17. Wagner's , and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on March 26. Wagner was granted an ARD hearing to begin on May 18.

 

  • Baldwin police charged David Joseph Connell, 23, of 5663 Tracy Dr. in Bethel Park, with  on Nov. 17. Connell's , and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on March 26. Connell was granted an ARD hearing to begin on May 18.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Justin Coley Hunter, 20, of 1447 Maple Dr. in 's area, with  on Nov. 24. Hunter's , and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on March 29. His case will now be part of a docket conference scheduled for May 2. That conference should result in the next legal step for Hunter's charge.

 

  • Baldwin police charged James Shrader Robson V, 29, of 2769 Churchview Ave., Apt. 7, in Pittsburgh's Carrick neighborhood, with  on Aug. 10. Robson faced those charges at an Oct. 11 hearing before Bova, and the charges were held for Allegheny County Court, where . Robson failed to appear for his Nov. 30 hearing, though, and faced an updated arraignment at the county courthouse on Jan. 17. His case was then part of a , and that conference resulted in a guilty plea for the DUI and driving without a license charges. The following too closely and speeding charges were withdrawn. Robson was sentenced to complete a 90-day individualized program plan and 18 months of probation. He was also fined $200.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Scott R. Hinkle, 19, of 130 Lawrence Ave. in Munhall Borough, with . Hinkle's April 3 hearing before Bova was waived, and he will face those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on May 22. UPDATE: Rescheduled for June 25.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Michael G. Reddington, 41, of 444 Dawes St. in Pittsburgh's Arlington neighborhood, with on Feb. 16. Reddington's April 3 hearing before Bova was waived, and he will face those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on May 22.

 

  • Baldwin police charged James John Tapocik Jr., 23, of 815 Burbridge St. in Port Vue Borough, with  on Oct. 15. Tapocik's , and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on March 27. Tapocik was granted an , but that hearing was canceled and replaced by another county courthouse arraignment, which is scheduled for May 7.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Carlie Marie Dudich, 19, of 215 Clover St. in the South Side area, with  on Nov. 7. Dudich's , and she faced those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on April 5. Her case will now be part of a docket conference scheduled for May 22. That conference should result in the next legal step for Dudich's charges.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Robert Alan Gneuhs, 68, of 5272 Keeport Dr., Apt. 6, in Baldwin's  complex, with  on Jan. 8. The careless driving charge was , but Gneuhs faced the remaining charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on April 9. His case will now be part of a docket conference scheduled for May 9. That conference should result in the next legal step for Gneuhs' charges. UPDATE: Rescheduled for Aug. 13.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Ryan William Clark, 33, of 200 E. Elizabeth St., Apt. 1, in Pittsburgh's Hazelwood neighborhood, with on Feb. 19. Clark's April 10 hearing before Bova was waived, and he will face those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on May 29. UPDATE: Rescheduled for July 11.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Greg D. Sil, 36, of 664 Venetia Rd. in Peters Township, with on Feb. 29. Sil's April 17 hearing before Bova was waived, and he will face those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on June 5. UPDATE: Rescheduled for July 12.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Patrick McCormick, 22, of 907 Elmwood St. in Port Vue, with  on Jan. 21. McCormick's , and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on April 20. McCormick was granted an ARD hearing to begin on June 13.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Kimberly Ann Johnson, 27, of 324 Glencoe Dr. in West Mifflin Borough, with  on Dec. 15. The charges of careless driving, driving with a suspended vehicle registration and driving without car insurance were , but Johnson faced the DUI charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on March 12. Her case was then part of a , and that conference resulted in a guilty plea. Johnson was sentenced to complete a 30-day individualized program plan and six months of probation.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Corey Hawkins, 26, of 3728 Churchview Ave. in Baldwin Borough, with  on Jan. 7. Hawkins' , and he faced those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on May 1. His case will now be part of a docket conference scheduled for June 4. That conference should result in the next legal step for Hawkins' charges.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Daniella Cracco, 23, of 3262 Beechdale St. in Brentwood Borough, with  on Dec. 24. Cracco's , and she faced those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on May 1. Cracco was granted an ARD hearing to begin on June 29.
