The following results are from recent hearings held in the office of Magistrate John N. Bova of District Court 05-2-18:
- charged James Shrader Robson V, 29, of 2769 Churchview Ave., Apt. 7, in Pittsburgh's Carrick neighborhood, with on Aug. 10. Robson faced those charges at an Oct. 11 hearing before Bova, and the charges were held for Allegheny County Court, where . Robson failed to appear for the Nov. 30 hearing and faced an updated arraignment at the county courthouse on Jan. 17. His case will now be part of a docket conference scheduled for Feb. 21. That conference should result in the next legal step for Robson's charges. (UPDATE: Rescheduled for April 2.)

- police charged Thomas Jeffrey Kerber, 23, of 1800 Patrick Place, Apt. 112, in South Park Township, with on Nov. 28. Kerber's Jan. 3 hearing before Bova was waived, and he will face that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Feb. 21.
- Baldwin police charged Glenn L. Carter, 43, of 333 Linnview Ave. in Carrick, with on Dec. 6. The possession of drug paraphernalia charge was withdrawn on Jan. 3, but Carter will face the DUI charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Feb. 21.

- Baldwin police charged Justin Coley Hunter, 20, of 1447 Maple Drive in , with on Nov. 24. Hunter's Jan. 10 hearing before Bova was waived, and he will face that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Feb. 28. (UPDATE: Rescheduled for March 29.)
- Baldwin police charged Carlie Marie Dudich, 19, of 215 Clover St. in Pittsburgh's South Side area, with on Nov. 7. Dudich's Jan. 17 hearing before Bova was waived, and she will face those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on March 5. (UPDATE: Rescheduled for April 5.)
- Baldwin police charged Patrick Raymond Gregory, 30, of 6577 Zupancic Drive in South Park, with on Aug. 26. The providing false ID charge was , but Gregory faced the other charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Nov. 22. He had and will now have a non-jury trial starting on March 27.
- Baldwin police charged Robert Hofmann, 38, of 1344 Clara St. in Castle Shannon Borough, with on Sept. 7. Hofmann's , and he faced those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Jan. 12. Hofmann was granted an accelerated rehabilitative disposition (ARD) hearing to begin on March 9.
- Baldwin police charged Michael Ryan Hawkins, 31, of 3266 Ward St., Apt. 2, in Pittsburgh's South Oakland neighborhood, with on Sept. 11. The failure to drive on a roadway laned for traffic and driving on a sidewalk charges were , but Hawkins faced the remaining charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Jan. 12. His case will now be part of a docket conference scheduled for Feb. 29. That conference should result in the next legal step for Hawkins' charges.
- Baldwin police charged Alexander Xavier Carroll, 21, of 501 2nd St. in Monongahela, PA, with on Sept. 14. Carroll's , and he faced those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Jan. 12. Carroll was granted an ARD hearing to begin on Feb. 24.
- Baldwin police charged Nina Marie Demus, 30, of 5359 Youngridge Drive, Apt. 5, in Baldwin Borough, with on July 9. Demus' , and she faced those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Sept. 30. Demus was granted , but that ARD hearing was canceled for her to be re-arraigned on Feb. 28.
- Baldwin police charged Samantha Eli Kowel-Vold, 18, of 209 E. Willock Road in Brentwood Borough, with on Aug. 11. Kowel-Vold's , and she faced those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Jan. 13. Kowel-Vold was granted an ARD hearing to begin on March 9.
- Baldwin police charged Malcolm Dominique Howard, 19, of 644 Waddell Ave. in Clairton, PA, with on July 25. Howard's , and he faced those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Nov. 15. Howard was sentenced to 12 months of probation—and the speeding charge was withdrawn—at .
- Baldwin police charged Brian George Dunn, 29, of 228 Bunker Hill Drive in Peters Township, with on Oct. 15. Bova , and Dunn faced those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Jan. 18. His case will now be part of a docket conference scheduled for March 6. That conference should result in the next legal step for Dunn's charges. (UPDATE: Rescheduled for June 20.)
- Baldwin police charged Kimberly Ann Johnson, 27, of 324 Glencoe Drive in West Mifflin Borough, with on Dec. 15. The careless driving, driving with a suspended vehicle registration and driving without car insurance charges were withdrawn on Jan. 24, but Johnson will face the DUI charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on March 12.
