The following results are from recent hearings held in the office of Magistrate John N. Bova of District Court 05-2-18:
- charged Robert Hofmann, 38, of 1344 Clara St. in Castle Shannon Borough, with on Sept. 7. Hofmann's Nov. 22 hearing before Bova was waived, and he will face those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Jan. 12.

- police charged Michael Ryan Hawkins, 31, of 3266 Ward St., Apt. 2, in Pittsburgh’s South Oakland neighborhood, with on Sept. 11. The failure to drive on a roadway laned for traffic and driving on a sidewalk charges were withdrawn on Nov. 22, but Hawkins will face the remaining charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Jan. 12.
- Baldwin police charged Alexander Xavier Carroll, 21, of 501 2nd St. in Monongahela, PA, with on Sept. 14. Carroll's Nov. 22 hearing before Bova was waived, and he will face those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Jan. 12.

- Baldwin police charged Patrick Raymond Gregory, 30, of 6577 Zupancic Drive in South Park Township, with on Aug. 26. The providing false ID charge was , but Gregory faced DUI and public drunkenness charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Nov. 22. Gregory will face a pre-trial conference on Jan. 6.
- Baldwin police charged Zachary R. Stranko, 21, of 6529 Zupancic, with on Aug. 24. Stranko's , and he faced those charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Nov. 30. Stranko was granted an accelerated rehabilitative disposition (ARD) hearing to begin on Jan. 27.
- Baldwin police charged Russell John Mullen, 22, of 170 Kirk Ave. in Pittsburgh's Carrick neighborhood, with on July 29. The possession of marijuana charge was , but Mullen faced the remaining charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Oct. 17. The resulted in a Dec. 5 docket conference, where Mullen was sentenced to complete 18 months of probation, a drug and alcohol evaluation and safe driving school.
