Repeat Police Trips Lead to Charges for Whitehall Woman

The third response came at 2:54 a.m. on the Fourth of July.

A Whitehall Borough woman is charged with public drunkenness and possession of drug paraphernalia after police officers responded three times to disturbance calls in the 5200 block of Sherwood Drive over the same limited timeframe from July 3-4, according to Whitehall police Deputy Chief Richard M. Danko.

The third response came at 2:54 a.m. on the Fourth of July when police found Sherwood resident Jennifer Schaad, 48, on the street and intoxicated, Dolfi said. Police also found her to be in possession of a purple metal pipe with marijuana residue in it.
