Recent Results from Magisterial District Court 05-2-17

The following results are from recent hearings held in the office of Magistrate David J. Barton of District Court 05-2-17:

• cited both Leroy Stillwagon, 41, of 222 Columbia Drive in Pleasant Hills Borough, and Erica Curley, 27, of 5111 Cherryvale Drive in , for . Barton put both Stillwagon and Curley on de facto probation on July 13, telling each of them that charges would be dropped as long as they avoided any more citations for the next 180 days. (UPDATE: Both Stillwagon and Curley were later found not guilty.)

• Michele Diane Speca, 28, of 155 Kathleen Drive in , was charged by Whitehall police with after she passed out in the  restaurant on Route 51 on June 13. Speca pleaded guilty during a July 27 hearing and was fined approximately $100.

• Michael Scarnati, 19, of 1701 Parkline Drive, Apt. 12, in the , was charged by Whitehall police for . The May 29 disorderly charge was withdrawn, but Scarnati pleaded guilty to the underage-drinking charge during a June 22 hearing and was fined approximately $139.50. Police charged Scarnati with . He pleaded guilty to that charge on July 5 and was fined an additional $100, approximately.
