UPDATES: One Dead, Two Taken to Hospital from Keenan Drive

Police are investigating the incident in south Baldwin Borough.

John Stephenson, 87, died at his home of 5425 Keenan Drive in south Baldwin Borough at 10:24 on Thursday night, a supervisor from the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office said.

A call came to the Allegheny County 9-1-1 Communications Center at 9:59 that night for a report that a car was running in that home's garage.

A Communications Center supervisor said that emergency workers removed three people from the house, two of whom were taken to a nearby hospital. The third person—Stephenson—was lying beneath a blue tarp in the front yard of that home until after midnight.

The medical conditions of the people taken to the hospital are unknown.

Keenan Drive was closed near its Brownsville Road intersection until 12:39 a.m. the next day, as officials from the , and  were on the scene.
