In cooperation with the Mt. Lebanon Area DUI Task Force, Baldwin Township police are charging Donald Marsh III, 28, of Pioneer Avenue in Pittsburgh's Brookline neighborhood, with driving under the influence of alcohol, township police Chief Terrence P. O'Brien said.
Marsh was arrested at around 2:45 a.m. on June 1 after a police officer observed Marsh's vehicle speeding along McNeilly while heading west near the McNeilly-Route 88 intersection, O'Brien said.
Marsh failed a field-sobriety test, according to the chief, but refused to be subjected to a blood test.
