Heroin Charges for Two Women Thrown Out of Whitehall Apartment

One of the accused is a teenager.

A Whitehall Borough resident threw two women out of her apartment on Sunday night "because they were high," Whitehall police Deputy Chief Richard M. Danko said.

Police went to that resident's apartment in the 1676 Skyline Dr. building of the Wallace (Prospect) Park area at around 11 that night in response to a disturbance call and found the two women to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia, Danko said.

Charged with those offenses are Dallas Johanna Mercalde, 20, of Ridge Road in South Park Township, and Shayna Marie Farnan, 19, of Armstrong Drive, also in South Park.
