Heroin Arrest of Whitehall Woman at Caste Village
The woman has been seen by Whitehall police before.
Police officers observed three individuals walking in and out of several stores at Whitehall Borough's Caste Village at around 6 p.m. on July 2.
The activity was suspicious, Whitehall police Deputy Chief Richard M. Danko said, prompting the officers to ask each of them for identification.
One of those identified—Marley Fisher, 24, of Orchard Hill Drive in Whitehall—is familiar to Whitehall police, and according to Danko, Fisher was found to be carrying heroin and a syringe. She was arrested and is being charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The other two individuals were released.
