Balla Found Not Guilty in Connection to South Hills Country Club Case

Judge Gallo made his decision on Wednesday night.

Three of the four men charged in connection with  at the  in  from May to June 2010 have yet to have their fates decided, but the fourth—Ryan J. Balla—was found not guilty on Wednesday.

Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Robert C. Gallo gave Balla his decision at a summary appeal hearing at the Pittsburgh City-County Building that day.

Balla, 19, of 4880 Elmwood Drive in —was originally charged by the  with one count of receiving stolen property in connection with the break-ins but eventually saw to one count of purchasing ethyl alcohol beverage by a minor.
