Baldwin Township Charges

  •  charged Brandon James Wible, 29, of Rose Lane in , with . Barton withdrew those charges on June 26.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Jeffrey Marston, 21, of Frich Drive in , with  on March 18. Barton , but Marston faced the remaining charges at the Allegheny County Courthouse on June 29. He was granted an accelerated rehabilitative disposition (ARD) hearing to begin on Aug. 24.

  • Baldwin police charged Kristen McCracken, 39, of 857 Norwich Ave. in Pittsburgh's Brookline neighborhood, with  on May 6. McCracken's July 17 hearing before Barton was waived, and she will face that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Aug. 29.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Linda Nania, 41, of 1257 McNeilly Ave. in , with  on April 27. Nania's , and she faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on July 20. Her case will now be part of docket conference scheduled for Aug. 21. That conference should result in the next legal step for Nania's charge.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Amy Tray, 38, of 3400 Margaret St. in Whitehall, with  on May 26. Tray's July 24 hearing before Barton was waived, and she will face that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Sept 6.

 

  • Baldwin police charged David Charles Kalmeyer, 31, of 1131 Dormont Ave. in Dormont, with  on June 1. Kalmeyer's July 24 hearing before Barton was waived, and she will face that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on Sept. 6.

 

  • Baldwin police charged Paul Louis Dalessandro, 51, of Audbert Drive in Whitehall, with  on March 10. Dalessandro's May 29 hearing before Barton was waived, and he faced that charge at the Allegheny County Courthouse on July 13. His case will now be part of docket conference scheduled for Aug. 22. That conference should result in the next legal step for Dalessandro's charge.
