Baldwin Man Stopped for DUI on Willett Road
Incident occurred early on Wednesday morning.
A Baldwin Borough police officer stopped a motorist on Willett Road at around 2:38 a.m. on Wednesday for erratic driving near the Willett-Churchview Avenue intersection.
Upon approaching the motorist—Robert Palmer Zinkand, 44, of Frederick Street in —the officer smelled alcohol coming from Zinkand's vehicle, according to a police report.
Zinkand also admitted to recently drinking wine.

The officer put Zinkand through a breath-analyzer test, which he failed, before arresting him and charging him with suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
He was then taken to the , where failed another breath-analyzer test, before he was released to the custody of his mother.
