Baldwin H.S. Student Removed from School Property

The 16-year-old can only attend classes there, police say.

A Baldwin High School student was removed from the high school by police during an event there at around 5:45 p.m. on May 23, Whitehall Borough police Chief Donald R. Dolfi said.

High school security personnel alerted officers that day that a male juvenile was trespassing at the school. The 16-year-old had been warned that, other than attending classes, he is not permitted to be on school property, Chief Dolfi said.

Once the boy was located, police removed him and returned him home, according to the chief. He is being cited for criminal trespass.

"Obviously, this individual had caused the school district issues in the past, and he was not permitted there," Dolfi said.
