Baldwin Fire No. 1 Hosts Open House This Sunday

Volunteers of Baldwin Independent Fire Company No. 1 invite area residents to an open house of their headquarters along Churchview Avenue in north Baldwin this Sunday, Sept. 29, from noon to 4.
There will be refreshments available at the open house as well as face-painting for kids, an Allegheny County mobile unit demonstration, a county smoke trailer demonstration and other demonstrations aimed at fire safety education.
Folks of all ages are invited, including anyone interested in becoming a volunteer firefighter or supporting the company in other ways.
