Baldwin Borough Police Briefs (May 9-15)
Another Whitehall man is charged with DUI in Baldwin.
On May 9 at approximately 10:50 p.m., a officer stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Irwin Drive and Scenery Drive for traveling with a license-plate frame that obstructed the view of the vehicle’s actual license plate.
As the officer made contact with the driver of the vehicle in question, the officer reported detecting a strong odor of alcohol coming from the driver’s breath.
The officer reported that the driver—Timothy Territo, 21, of 1575 Bevan Road, Apt. 19, in ’s complex—failed field-sobriety and breath-analyzer tests and is being charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Territo was taken to Jefferson Regional Medical Center for a blood test before eventually being released to the custody of his parents.
Results of Territo’s blood test are pending.

In addition to the DUI charge, Territo is also being charged with driving with a suspended license (from a prior DUI conviction) and with driving with an obscured license plate.
