Baldwin Boro, Union Twp. Men Arrested for DUI

Baldwin Man Arrested

A officer stopped motorist Edward F. Klemencic, 58, of Robbins Street in , at around 6:51 a.m. on Tuesday.

Klemencic was driving on East Willock Road near Streets Run Road at a point past where the officer was blocking East Willock, according to a police report.

The officer smelled alcohol while conversing with Klemencic and put him through field-sobriety and breath-analyzer tests, which he failed, before arresting him and charging him with suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

The officer transported Klemencic to Jefferson Regional Medical Center for a blood test. Results of that test are pending.

He was eventually taken home and released to the custody of a family member.

Union Township Man Arrested

A Baldwin Borough police officer stopped motorist Donald Thomas Booth II, 29, of Parkvue Drive in Union Township, at around 2:26 a.m. on Saturday.

Booth was driving on Becks Run Road without a working license plate light, according to a police report.

The officer smelled alcohol while conversing with Booth and put him through field-sobriety and breath-analyzer tests, which he failed. Booth also admitted to recently drinking alcohol in Pittsburgh's South Side area before the officer arrested him and charged him with suspicion of DUI.

The officer transported Booth to the Baldwin police station, where he failed another breath-analyzer test.

He was eventually released to the custody of a friend.
