Baldwin Boro Police Want Your Unwanted/Expired Drugs

Don't rush to flush! Take them to the municipal complex on April 28.

The  will be participating in another National Take Back Initiative soon aimed at reducing pollution caused by the disposal of drugs.

Anyone interested in disposing his or her unwanted or expired medications—just pills, no liquids—should bring them to the police station along Churchview Avenue (part of the ) on Saturday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

"It used to be we would pour our expired medication down the drain," Baldwin police Chief Michael Scott has said, "but now, we have the concern of what's in the water system."
