Visions for Vacancies: What Could Fill a Need at Brownsville Plaza?

A corner storefront is available for lease.

Bottom Dollar Food opened in the Brownsville Plaza in south Baldwin Borough in January, occupying 24,141 square feet of once-vacant space and joining Dave's Terrace Bakery (3,271 square feet), Dr. Howard S. Pittle (3,184) and Sargo's Barber Shop (613) as plaza tenants.

Kinesis Physical Therapy then opened in August and put 2,148 more square feet to good use. At some point, Boost Mobile also came along and leased 843 square feet of plaza space.

But as of Nov. 1, the Brownsville Plaza still has one vacant storefront—a 2,725-square-foot spot situated nicely at the building's front-right corner. The spot most recently housed Instant Vacation Tanning.

If someone—maybe you—were to rent the vacancy at the Brownsville Plaza from Paramount Development, what would you like to see happen there? What is needed in that area?

Keep in mind that the vacancy could be subdivided.
