Does anyone know if the board members are issued cell phones as a perk?  Are they reimbursed monthly for any expenses arising from the board?  If so, these are all public records which can be requested from the district via the PA Open Records Law.  We should flood the district with requests for these records related to the board members who are in cahoots with Marty.
