Corrupt School Board

My question is what was the reason for Marty Schmotzer's resignation on Tuesday Nov 19th from the school board? The only reason for it was because he knew the process which was about to take place and knew the result of the vote beforehand. How can someone know the result of a vote beforehand? It just proves the depth of the corruption of a rigged vote, not of independent voices on the board. God help us.
